China Finance is the first company to bring together the financial and intellectual capital to provide the full range of guarantee services to SMEs in China. We believe this target market is comprised of millions of rapidly expanding enterprises with enormous growth potential. Although this target market is quite large, we only target those companies that have dominant market share and leading names in their industries.
We will supplement this business with our corporate and individual loan guarantee business, an already existing rapidly growing practice in China. Corporate and individual loan guarantees help corporations and individuals obtain loans from Chinese banks through guarantee services. Our risk protection measures allow us to continue this practice and minimize our risk and although this business unit makes up a small part of our service offerings, we see solid growth potential for this business in the future.
